We are raising funds through various fundraising activities in-store to support Beating Bowel Cancer and our fellow partners from various stores who are doing the 'Le Tour de Group K' bike ride from Thursday 3rd to Sunday 6th September 2015.

This is a cause very close to our hearts and we hope not only to raise funds but to increase awareness of the symptoms of bowel cancer and the need for early diagnosis as it can save lives.

If you experience one or more of these symptoms for three weeks or more you should go and see your GP.

 - Bleeding from the bottom or blood in your poo

 - A persistent change in bowel habit, especially going more often or looser stools

 - Abdominal pain, especially if severe

 - A lump in your tummy

 - Unexplained weight loss or tiredness.
