Future Steps · 1 February 2018

The King’s Trust supports 11 to 30 year-olds who are unemployed or struggling at school to get their lives on track. Many of the young people we support are in or leaving care, have been in trouble with the law, or they are facing challenges such as homelessness or mental health issues.

Story

6 Members of the Wates London bid team (Matt Chubb, Annika Pipkorn, Rhea Bogle, Peter Day, Bryce Chapman and Mark Hester) will achieve a minimum of 1,680,000 steps (795 miles!) over the month of February to complete the Future Steps Challenge for the Prince's Trust.

The team is hoping to raise at least £500 for the Prince's Trust that will go directly to supporting disadvantaged young people across the UK, who are in need of vital help to get back into education, find employment or gain further training.

We will all be closely monitoring our smart watches, fitbits and pedometers for the next month to make sure we hit our targets and hope you can help our team achieve our goal by donating to our Just Giving page with all funds going to this excellent cause.
