I had a ballot place last year but on April 2nd we lost our Lucy very suddenly, after it was revealed she was taken by Lung Cancer I knew I had to make a second attempt at the Marathon and have been very fortunate to secure a ballot place. This gives me the chance to raise funds for the charity of my choice and we have decided as a family to choose the Roy Castle Foundation.
