Myself, Jon, James and Shahidur have entered Battle Cancer with the intention of raising much needed funds for a great charity. We will be competing in a competitive CrossFit event at Kensington Olympia and will be wearing our St Bonaventure's kit proudly. Please donate if you can and we will be sending out regular updates on our training progress and our progress on the day of the competition. Our Team name is 'The Quadfathers' and I have no doubt our quads will be hurting by the time we complete the last event.
