Hertfordshire Action on Disability (HAD) provides services and information to meet the needs of people with disabilities regardless of age in Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas. These services are: "Go anywhere" 24/7 transport by means of 10 vehicles including 4 for self-hire Driving tuition and assessment for disabled drivers (the assessment centre has a contract for this with the Department of Transport) based in WGC and Watford Equipment advice and retail services based in an independent living centre which is also online and which incl
