Story

Maggie’s 24 Hour Challenge…. 8 people… 2 teams… a race… 64 miles… non stop… Manchester to Nottingham… Leeds to Nottingham… blisters… dehydration… exhaustion… sleep deprivation… who will be the ultimate victor… find out 20th August... Where there's a Wilko… There's a Way

In a Top Gear style race 2 teams will walk and run as fast as they can to the Maggie's Cancer Care Centre at Nottingham City Hospital non stop. One starting at the Maggie's Centre in Manchester, the other at the Maggie's Centre in Leeds.

Starting at 11am on Tuesday 19th August 2014, the first whole team over the line is the winner!

They'll be racing through the day and night for 24 hours, over the Pennines and Peak District, with the first team over the line crowned the winners.

The excitement will culminate at Ravenshead near Mansfield where the routes of the two teams merge for the final 7 miles!

A tough ask for any human being, but for 8 Wilko managers... near on impossible!

Please help us on our way with a donation to a great cause.
