From their research, the charity has founded the 10 Keys to Happier Living, identifying actions such as relating, direction and giving as fundamental to improving our overall life satisfaction.
All the money that is raised will help support a charity that wish to place well-being at the forefront of society and support those that are most vulnerable by offering them guidance on how to build self-esteem and live a more fulfilling life.
