Mum and I have decided to raise money for BulliesOut - a charity based in South Wales, but working nationally, providing education, awareness, training and support to those affected by bullying.

Earlier in 2016 I became a trustee for BulliesOut after hearing a talk given by the CEO Linda James. Linda spoke about some of the effects bullying has on people, giving us some really hard hitting facts like, half of all children in the UK are being bullied, as well as a shocking number of cases sadly ending in suicide. 

It was facts like this which made me want to try and help them continue with their amazing work, not just supporting young people, but also those in the workplace too where bullying is really an unspoken truth. 

BulliesOut relies on fundraising in order to run their projects so it would be fab if you could help!
