Every year Cornwall Air Ambulance attends around 1000 Critical Care missions, delivering fast & effective emergency care to patients in their moment of need. As a charity, the air ambulance relies on the generosity of community groups, individuals and businesses to help raise over £8 million a year.

Story

Charity Walk of the Kylgh Kernow - Circuit of Cornwall, about 390 miles, starting at Land's End doing the North Cornwall route of South West Coast Path (SWCP) followed by the Tamara Coast to Coast Path-Cornwall Option (unfinished ATM) then the South Cornwall route of SWCP. Travel will mostly be clockwise starting in early October 2022 and finishing at Land's End dreckly.

My name is Phil Eddy, I am 75 in December 2022, I lost over 5 stone to get fit enough to do my last walk. I have multiple health conditions, which include a fused spine, replacement knees, vertigo (balance), COPD, asthma, stress, and until recently diabetes.

In September 2022 I finished the 630 mile South West Coast Path a bit at a time over 15 months in aid of Cornwall Air Ambulance raising over £3000 including Gift Aid.
