I was privileged to be matched with one of these life-changing dogs - an adorable black labrador with a wonky tail, called Nicki in 2010. She was clever, attentive, loving and loyal and her mere presence made my life more joyful and her skills meant I could  live my life more independently. A truly priceless gift.

Nicki worked tirelessly for me for 10 years & we enjoyed another two years together following her retirement until she crossed over the Rainbow Bridge in 2022  

I was lucky to be matched with a wonderful successor dog Clive in 2023, but the cost of training and supporting dogs like Clive  is £30,000. To help raise money so more people can benefit from the independence a Canine Partner brings, I have been making craft items for the charity to sell and taking commissions for bespoke handmade items.
