On the 31st October 2009 (Halloween no less!) the Terrified Ten will abseil down 120ft of The Cunard Building, Liverpool to raise money for The Stroke Association.

120,000 people every year in the UK suffer their first stroke. Stroke is also the UK’s third biggest killer. Your donations will help the Stroke Association work towards a world where there are fewer strokes and those affected by stroke get the help and support they need.

Stroke has a greater disability impact than any other medical condition. A quarter of a million people are living with long-term disability as a result of stroke in the UK.

Any amount no matter how big or small would be very much appreciated.
