During June (Pride Month), XPS Pensions Group is hosting a number of events to raise funds for ‘Mind Out’, a charity which works to improve the mental health and wellbeing for LGBTQ+ communities and to promote good mental health in the community.

We are asking our staff for a minimum donation of £2 to participate in out LGBTQ+ Bake-Off. Bakers can use any inspiration to bake a creation in celebration of Pride Month.  We will then collect all of the entries and ask our colleagues to vote on their favourite!

We will also be hosting an LGBTQ+ virtual quiz in support of Pride month. Our staff can enter as a team with other members of their households, team up with colleagues or enter individually. We are asking for a voluntary donation of £5 per team to attend the quiz....

BUT most importantly we're asking our colleagues to have fun and enjoy the celebration.
