Story
The LPT Youth Advisory Board are a group of young people aged 13 to 25 years old who live in Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland. We meet weekly and are passionate about improving and making a difference to the health and well-being of Children and Young people who receive support from NHS and other services.
We feel strongly that all Children and Young people should never go without food, even more so at Christmas time. We would like to raise money to purchase some food packages for Children, Young people and families in need who receive support from LPT outpatient services for both mental and physical needs.
These packages will include essential Christmas food items and treats to put a smile on faces after a difficult year.
From 7th December 2020, we will close the fundraising in order to make these packages and distribute across LPT outpatient services so that the packages reach CYP in time for Christmas!
