Go The Distance - #100Km . I'm taking up this great challenge to support those who benefit from the great work the British Heart Foundation provide to those in need.

This will mean for me a chance to become a British Heart Foundation Champion and improving my health and well being and welcoming 2021 with new healthy habits Starting Boxing Day until the end of January 2021 .
