York University's Ultimate Frisbee team is holding a 24 hour frisbee throw in aid of York Mind. The challenge will be for 24 hours a disc will be thrown either in standard throw and catch, or some fun games! 

York Mind is a great charity which offers help and support to those with suffering and recovering from mental health problems. 

Any donation and support will be hugely appreciated and can make a real difference to actual lives, no matter how much!
