Care for the Carers are a local charity here in East Sussex. They support Carers in their Carer's role. They have been my backbone through the trials and tribulations over the last five years of Michael's illness.  I wouldn't have coped as well without their support. Therefore I have nominated this charity, so they can carry on their good work to help other Carers.
