Jake Dhillon 

With love to you for visiting this page in memory of my friend Jake Dhillon.  A friend I will miss for eternity. Jakes inspiration, love, commitment , strength and belief was always with me during my tough days.  He gave me the encouragement to never fail or falter. During my fertility treatment, IVF, and adoption process Jake was a friend I could rely on.. When times were tough he gave me my freedom and taught me how to be strong ... Even when my choices weren't always the best Jake stood by me and never judged.   I will never forget his ability to make me smile and make me love him dearly .. 

Fundraising in his memory gives me the belief he is with me.. The determination to make him proud continues. 

Please donate whatever you can so we can help others in times of need and ill health.  During my mums illness in May 2013 we had the help from Macmillan.. The help they provide is priceless.
