Zac's Big Run 2021

Zac's Big Run 2021 · 3 July 2021
In January 2020, Zac was diagnosed with epilepsy. It has taken time for us all to adjust and, whilst dealing with lockdown and homeschooling, Zac has also been trying to find a medication that worked for him ... after several failed attempts Zac is now on a medication that is working for him and we are finally seeing him back to his best!
Last year Zac blew us away by completing an 8 mile run (because he was 8) and raised an incredible £2,525 for Young Epilepsy! He has decided to continue this and do a 9 mile run (because he is now 9) on the 3rd July to raise money and awareness for Epilepsy in children and to show people that it does not have to be as scary as it sounds!
Young Epilepsy is a fantastic local organisation that has helped us understand everything and is helping both our family and Zac's school to limit the impact of his Epilepsy on his everyday life.
Of course we realise everyone has been through a particularly difficult time, both here in the UK and all over the world, so do not feel obliged to donate but anything you can do would be greatly appreciated.
