This page has been set up in memory of our dear Andrea ! In january of this year my sister in law sadly passed away from this terrible disease ! There is at the moment very little research into pancreatic cancer and Andrea was never diagnosed until she had passed away ! 

Andrea was only 43 years old and has left two children and a little baby grandson and a devastated family  ! No one should have to suffer like she did - more needs to be done to fight this disease !

Pancreatic cancer only has a 3% survival rate and that hasnt changed in 40 years !

I will be taking part in the race for life 5k on sunday 8th june at 10.30 at Nottingham embankment  with  my daughter Lauren and two of my friends who also have been affected in some way by cancer !
