Whether right or wrong, the financial burden of upgrading our local children's playground to meet contemporary standards is way beyond the capacity of a small working Cotswold village. Thus I have chosen to direct the 2021 annual GOOD MORNING appeal towards the funding of a much needed overhaul of this valuable parochial facility.

Covid-19 lockdowns have reminded us of the joys of the children being able to socialise and to safely play in the fresh air. 

As is now customary, I shall act by the maxim that charity begins at home and after having lived in my current house for over 18 years and having forged some wonderful friendships here I do believe that I can honestly call the village of Great Rollright home.
