In Memory of Baby Zak.

Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to develop a business based solely on making a difference to people's lives. 

I now find myself in a position where I want to take it one step further and make a difference to a charity close to my heart. This is where I need YOUR help!

I want to raise money for the Children's Heartbeat Trust. A client and now close friend, tragically lost his beautiful son Baby Zak due to a heart abnormality. I believe no parent should have to go through this.

With your support, I want to raise money for children with similar conditions and to aid with further research in this area. As many of you know, I recently had a daughter of my own. She is now a huge part of my life and I can not imagine a single day without her.

To raise this money, I am signing myself up for the toughest challenge of my life. I am going to compete in 7 different fitness shows, over the space of 7 weeks in 7 different cities. They will be across the UK and depending on the success of these shows, hopefully Europe. I will document the whole journey and give you an idea of the challenges I face trying to achieve and maintain dangerously low body fat levels for a sustained period of time, all while attempting to peak for each show.

I am going to pay for the registration of every show, the flights and the accommodation with my own money. This means that anything you kindly donate towards my fundraiser, will be given directly to the Children's Heartbeat Trust.

Children’s Heartbeat Trust is a local charity supporting families of children with heart disease in Northern Ireland. They work closely with Clark Clinic at the Royal Belfast Hospital for Sick Children to ensure that children with heart disease and their families receive the best care, treatment and support possible. They are solely funded by the generousity of the public to maintain our services of support and are grateful for every donation received.
