I was only intending doing one swim this year, but a good friend John, wanted to more. A 24hr swim relay was the first idea, (sounded fun) then the Dart 10k in September (A good one we have done this several times) and then, if we are doing the Dart 10k, we really should do an easier warm up swim beforehand, so then the 5k tide assisted Bantham Swoosh was suggested. I wasn't intending to do the Swoosh, but as the first long distance open water swim, I couldn't let John do this alone.... 

So here we are, 2020 is going to be a busy summer!

Those who know me, know I love the water (usually surfing) but the physical and psychological benefits of being outdoors in nature, in the water are tremendous, so this is why I continue to support the charity Level Water.
