I have decided to take part again in Prostate Cancer UK's Grand Depart challenge in 2021, riding the whole of the first road stage of the 2021 Tour de France, the week before the pros. The 2021 stage 1 is 187km in the lovely Brittany. 

Prostate cancer is the most common cancer in men. Every hour one man dies from prostate cancer – that's more than 10,800 men every year. 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer in their lifetime. Ignoring prostate cancer won't beat it. Prostate Cancer UK has a simple ambition – to stop men dying from prostate cancer.
