After the great success of yesterday's Cardiff Half I am keen and eager to go back to Cardiff for more running but this time to raise some money for Velindre Cancer Centre.

A lot of us are somehow connected to someone who has had cancer and we all know how important the treatment is. Unfortunately, my gorgeous Mother Gail, didn't survive the big C and although it has already been 13 years since we lost her to it I have always tried my best to raise money and awareness around Cancer. 

I would really appreciate anything you can afford to donate towards my target of £150 for Velindre. I am going to be pushing myself for a PB at this 10k so please help me reach my target - it will make my legs go quicker on the day I promise :)
