Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.  I am running the Yorkshire Marathon (26.2 miles or 42.1km or 42,195metres which ever makes it sound less!!!) in memory of my Grandad (the only person who i would even consider running 26 miles for!).  

I have no words to express the care, love and compassion shown to us, and more importantly my Grandad, from everyone at the Hospice.  They are the most amazing charity, which recieves no NHS funding.  It costs £500 per day to keep a patient in hospice  care, my Grandad was an in-patient for 3 weeks, so my family and I owe them an awful lot.  I will be grateful for their kindness forever and this is my small way of saying thank you.

If you know me you'll know how much this means to me & i appreciate any donation, no matter how small.
