I’m doing a 70.3 Half Iron Man on Sunday 7th May in Marbella, Spain. The event consists of 1.9km sea swim, 90km hilly bike ride and a 21.1km half marathon run. One after the other..on the same day.

This is a huge personal challenge for me after retiring from my professional cycling with a chronic injury.

I am hugely proud to be one of the official athletes raising money for MacMillan Cancer Support. I chose this charity because we all know someone who has been affected by cancer. MacMillan do an amazing job at supporting patients and their families during the worst times of their lives.
