Myself and my 2 friends, Abby Fleming and Fiona Duffin are participating in a skydive to raise money for AwareNI. AWARE is the depression charity for Northern Ireland - and the only charity working exclusively for people with depression and bipolar disorder.We wanted to do this skydive to fundraise for a mental health charity because we feel so strongly about how important it is to look after your own mental health and also supporting everyone around you to do the same.
