Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

Well I complete the 10k Cancer Research Race in 53 minutes and 45 seconds on Sunday 11th October 09 and the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 18th October 09 in 2 Hours, 11 Minutes and 18 Seconds.  All the money which I raise for the two events will be going to Cancer Research a charity close to my heart, so please help me achieve my target of £500!
