Since March 2011, more than 10,000 Syrians have lost their lives, tens of thousands have been injured, and over 61,000 refugees have fled to the neighbouring countries of Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan. 

I will be taking part in the British 10k Run in London on the 8th July 2012 to raise money for Syrians in Syria and for the Syrian refugees in the neighbouring countries who are affected by the ongoing crisis in Syria.
