Charity Cycle Challenge 48 hours 200k · 17 May 2012
HomeServe Charity Cycling Challenge
Thanks for visiting my page,
I’m currently raising money for Marie Curie Cancer Care, Marie Curie Cancer Care is a UK charity dedicated to the care of people with terminal cancer and other illnesses. Over the year Marie Curie nurses provide approximately 1.2 million hours of nursing to thousands of patients, along with support for their families. We all know someone who has suffered from cancer or we know someone who we have lost to cancer.
With this in mind me and my colleagues will be taking part in a 48 hour 200 kilometre cycle challenge to raise money for Marie Curie.
This exciting cycling challenge from the HomeServe office in Fulwood to the HomeServe Head Office in Walsall takes place on Thursday 17 May and Friday 18 May 2012. Taking in approximately 200km of the beautiful Lancashire, Cheshire and West Midland countryside.
Please donate genorously to this worthy cause and just think about how your donations could help towards caring for terminally ill patients and their families.
£20 pays for a Marie Curie Nurse for 1 hour in a patients home
