This summer I will be trekking/climbing through he Himalayas Mountain range in Pakistan In aid of street children and children of the world. The Himalayan range has many of the Earth's highest peaks, including the highest, Mount Everest.

Street Children – Pakistan    

In the main cities of Pakistan ‘street children’ sit invisible to the rest of society. They work in back street alleys in some of the most dangerous and back breaking conditions, they beg or perform on the streets to earn for their families and face the dangers of sexual violence and exploitation.    

Some live on the fringes of society either in slums or rubbish dumps while others are born into ‘brothel life’ where the opportunities to shine are downtrodden by abuse, neglect and stigma.

Children are the future of this world. Without their prosperity, well being and laughter, the world cannot flourish. 

Sadly, in Pakistan children are left on the streets with no home or care, making them extremely vulnerable to sex trafficking, death and undernourishment. 

In 2014, it was estimated 1.5 million children were living on the streets, amongst squalor, disease and danger. The conditions of Pakistan have not significantly improved which means innocent boys and girls are suffering extreme destitute. Their mental and physical well being is not being looked after leaving them prone to long life illnesses and early death

Please help me change the life of a "street child" and give them a life that all children deserve.
