There are currently 850,000 people living with dementia in the UK, and this number continues to rise year on year. This charity is one that is very close to my heart, having seen first-hand the impact the disease has had on my Grandmother and my family as a whole. Any donations you would be able to make would be greatly appreciated, and would play a big part in helping Alzheimer's Society to support those living with dementia. 

Money raised will go to Alzheimer's Society's 'Side by Side' service - a volunteer based service that allows people living with dementia to continue doing the things that they love. Helping at the same time to reduce loneliness and isolation for those living with the disease. More information can be found here:
