Myself and Laura are bother serving members of 662 Squadron Army Air Corps. We are planning to Swim/Cycle over a 24 hour period and cover as much distance a we can in a relay stlye event where one swims and one bikes and then we switch over. 

This is all in aid of raising money for the Army Benevolent fund.
