Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So, for the second - and likely final! - time I will be running the London Marathon this year.  Many of my wonderful family and friends have asked me about a charity, and this time I will run for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Sadly, we all have our own connection with this evil disease.  Having lost my best friend, my nephew and aunt, I would love to do something to help, even a little.

It's bad enough to watch someone you love suffering.  But for them, and their family and friends around them, support is crucial.  With so many people affected, Macmillan can't reach everyone.  By raising money, we can at least help them support more people in their time of need. 

If you feel you can donate anything, I would really appreciate it - I am going to need all the motivation I can get!!  Then feel free to lie in bed and watch on TV while I do all the hard work!
