Natalie and Michael Warren’s Story
10th July 2006 was my first day on mat leave and we also had a midwife appointment later that morning, I was 32 weeks pregnant.
Our midwife couldn’t find a heartbeat, panic set in but we were reassured and the hospital were expecting us for an ultrasound.
At the ultrasound we heard the words no parents wants to hear.
“Unfortunately we cannot find a heartbeat”
Andrew Warren was born asleep 10th July 2006
We are hoping to raise £2.8k to fund an "Abi cold cot" for a hospital to use to help bereaved parents spend more time with their baby.
Friends Natalie Warren and Natalie Pieri came up with an idea of a charity family fun day in aid of the charity Abigail's Footsteps. They are a baby loss awareness and support charity and the provider of the Abi Cold Cot.
Look forward to seeing as many of you there as possible on Saturday 16th July at the St Marys Island Community Centre 1-4pm. It's shaping up to be a great event!
