As many of you know, last year I ran the Bournemouth half marathon in aid of Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institute. I can't run it again this year so I thought I ought to up the challenge...

As a result I have entered the Purbeck 16. Which is a hilly 16 miles starting in swanage!!
