On the 9th September 2023 I will be running the Thames Path Challenge, a whopping 100km course, to raise money for charity. 

I have decided to run it for MSF as I’ve always respected what they do to help people around the world who face desperate conditions, often when fleeing conflict. But it’s also important to me that once people have made it to safety, they are welcomed and supported to rebuild their lives. Despite what our government would have us believe, there is true causation between the horrors of conflict, the despair of poverty, and those arriving in the UK to seek sanctuary. 

For that reason (and because I KNOW I’m always asking you for sponsorship of some kind)… every pound that is donated towards by target for MSF from you lovely lot… will be matched by pennies from my own pocket for Refugee Support Devon*.
