Miles over Mind campaign is a walking, running, cycling challenge throughout May to complete 50 or 100 miles raising money and awareness for children and young people with mental health conditions.

We aim to motivate, educate and inspire children and young adults on mental health issues. We will provide regular support through workshops, interactive sessions and signposting them for further help and guidance. We will raise awareness of mental health issues though our fundraising and projects.
