In order to help raise funds for SIMCAS (see description below) I am taking on 2 endurance races a month apart.

The first one is Hyrox on 30th April 2022 - a combination of functional exercise and endurance.

The Wolf Run is an approx. 10k off-road run featuring a series of man-made and natural obstacles located throughout the course on 4th June 2022. The concept behind the Wolf Run was to re-create the feeling of running in natural terrain - a wild run that would allow people to experience natural, raw running conditions as far as possible.

There may be tears, there may be blood, there will be a lot of mud and a hell of a lot of laughter.

South East Coast Immediate Medical Care Scheme (SIMCAS) is the BASICS charity for the South East of the United Kingdom, and serves the people of Sussex, Surrey and Kent and I am proud to be part of the team. 

We have a highly-experienced team of Doctors, Paramedics and Nurses, specially trained to provide a high level of clinical care in the pre-hospital environment. 

Within our SIMCAS team, all of our clinicians have their own unique clinical experiences to share with others. The wide range of specialist clinical experiences through each individual team members makes us a very unique and highly-experienced team, all of which boils down to one key focus, and that is high-quality enhanced patient care.

SIMCAS is entirely a charity and does not receive any external funding. We rely on the generosity of the public to keep us alive so we can continue to provide an exceptional level of pre-hospital medical care, and be there when you need us.
