Hi everyone,

I am completing the Total Warrior 10k event on 5th August 2017 and I would really like to use this event to raise money for the Stroke Association. I know many people that have suffered from a family member or close friend having a stoke, including myself and my family. In June 2014 my Grandad had a servere stoke which left him unable to walk with very limited use of his left side, including eye sight and hearing. He has always been the most positive person and has never let it get him down and he has carried on regardless and I would like to raise money for the Stroke Association to be able to help them in raising awareness and help more people make a full recovery.
