British 10K - Westminster 2018 · 15 July 2018 ·
Every day 61 people are killed and seriously hurt on UK roads.
I was seriously injured during a road traffic collision when I was 15 years old and nearly lost my life. I shattered my femur into 20 pieces and lost bone on the road, which sent my body into shock. I have had multiple surgeries to correct my leg included bone grafting from my hip. I'm still not completely healed, however I'm so grateful to be alive.
You can read more about my story here.

The accident didn't just affect me, it has affected my family and friends also. Brake is a fantastic support for people who have lost people on the roads or seriously injured.
I was one of the lucky ones, many others unfortunately lose their lives every day due to road accidents. II feel it's important for me to appreciate the life I have and make the most of it, for the people who were less fortunate.
Please donate and support me in running the British 10k for brake. Your kind donations really do make a difference to peoples lives.
Your money will help:
