Abigail Lewis is raising money for Link Community Development
Story
Hi everyone....
Well in the Easter break I'm off on a bit of an epic journey, hitch hiking from Newcastle to Morocco in order to raise money for Link Community Development, a charity which works in Ethiopia, Somalia, Uganda, Ghana and Malawi to train teachers and build schools.
I thought it sounded a pretty good way to raise some money for charity and so I've signed up and am travelling with two amigos from Newcastle - Portsmouth - through France and Spain - Morocco, hitching lifts off complete strangers to get all the way there. In theory it should only take 6 days, but we shall see.... Any amount of money that you are able to contribute to this amazing charity is very much appreciated. My target is £350 but hopefully I can raise more!!!
