Thanks for visiting our page. We are a group of young farmers from Abingdon, Oxfordshire aged between 16 and 26. We're raising money for the British Heart Foundation and we'd be so grateful for your support. This charity is one that is close to our hearts due to Abingdon YFC members that personally suffer with heart problems and friends and family.  

On Saturday 13th July at 10 am in Shillingford, a group of Abingdon YFC members will start the row-athon! We will have two rowing machines on the go consecutively for 24 hours, with relaying members putting in half hour stints at a time. 

The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people still lose their lives. It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help us reach our target.
