Story

Thank you for visiting the ABP Conference's fundraising page and supporting Dilip Boury, Pablo Borges, Seth De Grow, Sanjay Bhogaita, & Marius Marisca who are running the Reading Half-Marathon.

The Conference provides up to date information and research for Members of the Association of Business Psychologists and, as it will  be held in Reading this year, we are excited to be supporting the Royal Bekshire Hospital's Robbie the Robot Appeal.

"Robbie" is a vital piece of technology that has helped to transform prostate cancer surgery in so many ways, including:

  • significantly less pain
  • reduced risk of wound infection
  • reduced scarring
  • faster recovery times
  • less blood loss and lower requirements for transfusion

But in order to keep Robbie, the Charity must raise £1 million in just three years . . . and so we have five of our most determined psychologists ready to run the Reading Half-Marathon to help this cause!

All we need now is your donation to support our runners and keep Robbie the Robot performing life-changing surgery. surgery.
