Myself, and the epic squad Helen Bridges, Chloe Torr and Ali Freeman are taking on this mad challenge to abseil down the 11 story Lister Hospital tower block! AHHH!

None of us have ever done anything like this before, all aren't massively fond of heights but are going to don the helmets and harnesses to hopefully raise some money to make the Children's Bluebell ward at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage a slightly nicer place to visit for it's poorly kiddos, more comfortable place for the parents to stay, and a brighter environment for the hard working staff.
