Where to start! I am doing a Ironman called the Norseman (if your not sure what this is check it out http://www.nxtri.com/) It is on of the tougest events about 2.4mile swim, 112mile bike, 26mile run. Its going to hurt!

This Ironman challange was all about me when I started, then in January it changed for me. My friend Rory getting cancer, then just 10weeks later losing his fight at only 35, it shows how unfair life can be! He has been in my thoughts when ever I train on my bike or get to the point of giving up when training, His strength during his battle has helped me push myself. I d like to give something back as a way of saying thanks to Rory

I want to raise money for a charity that I can relate to and that Rory would approve of and Cyclists Fighting Cancer is the one. I am not going to chase for money, so there is no target If you like what you see & feel its right then donate, if not thanks for reading & have a great 2012
