The charity was chosen by members of the Basingstoke studio and focuses on a cause that is near and dear to their hearts.

Mind is a mental health charity that provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding. Their goal is to keep helping and campaigning until everyone experiencing a mental health problem gets support and respect.
