95% of mosques in the Central African Republic (C.A.R.) have been destroyed, the UN has declared that there has been ethnic cleansing of Muslims, and the UN Special Advisor on the Prevention of Genocide says that C.A.R. is at a high risk of genocide. Now is the time to act.

Action for C.A.R. is an international youth-led campaign to prevent genocide and support long-term peacebuilding in the Central African Republic through education, advocacy, and in-country social cohesion activities. It is supported by the Aegis Trust and STAND.

Funds raised through #Action4CAR will support the Aegis Youth Department through:

• A peacebuilding and leadership program for Central African youth interested in reconciling and rebuilding their communities
• Seed money for these peacebuilders to set up projects in their come communities to jumpstart the economy and promote peace
