Action for Children provides support to many families throughout the UK. 

Our Early Intervention Family Support Service works across Fermanagh and Omagh and surrounding areas offering support to families. We aim to help children and their families deal with difficulties/problems and work together at an early stage to explore solutions and prevent long term problems. 

Alongside this service we also co-ordinate Family Support Hubs in Fermanagh and Omagh.  Both Hubs are signposting services made up of multi agency network of organisations known as Hub Partners that either provide early intervention services or work with families who need early intervention services. 

The aim of our Hubs is to ensure that families in need of support can
choose the right help from the right service at the right time.
Hubs signpost professionals and families to the services they
need. The Hubs look at the needs of the family and work to match
the family needs to the best possible services that can help them.

Our Team along with our Hub Partners are working hard to support families who are stuggling. We are seeing first-hand the very real effects of poverty and ill-divided opportunity particularly in rural areas in particular given the rising costs of living and cuts to universal credit.

Following our recent feature this month in  Local Women's Magazine highlighting the  work we do; we wanted to carry on helping families by fundraising for local families.
