Every Adac member has a passion for running so we are using that passion to share the running love with family and friends and raise money for our local NHS Heros.

Run 5k donate £5 and nominate someone else is all we ask however if you want to run more or less go for it and any donation will be greatly received. We are a small running club but with the support from family and friends let's smash our target.
